摘  要:医院托管是近年来医疗行业中较为热门、科学、以及成功的一种资源管理模式,即通过将经营管理权、有偿经营与共同承担经营风险的契约形式委托给有管理能力和条件的单位进行管理,实现资产的保值与增值。本文主要阐述大型公立医院对中小型医院的托管模式,利用大型公立医院优质医疗资源向基层医院合理分流,快速有效地提升中小型医院的技术水平,对激活中小型医院潜力,以及创建群众满意医院具有很好的参考与推广作用。Hospital trusteeship is a popular, scientific and successful mode of resource management practiced in medical management in recent years. By trusteeship, the value of assets can be maintained and increased through entrusting the right of management and the contract form of paid management and undertaking management risks to a unit with management abilities and conditions. This article mainly discusses a trusteeship mode of large - scale public hospitals for small - or middle - sized hospitals. By trusteeship, reasonable allocations of high - quality medical re- sources from the large - scale public hospitals to the primary hospitals quickly and effectively promote the technical level of small - or middle - sized hospitals, activate their potentials and offer a good model for establishing a hospital people are satisfied with.
