摘　　要：在分析传统专家依赖型地图设计模式不足的基础上,从地图保障时代特色与工程实践的角度出发研究并提出适合团队内部分工协作的地图设计模型,并对3大功能模块在地图设计实践中的基本职能与技能要求进行了说明。以此模型为基础构建并实施的团队化地图设计可有效缓解地图设计面临的突出矛盾,较好地满足了信息时代按需定制的地图保障要求。Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional map design pattern with the character of expertdependence,it proposes a map design model for the adaptation needs of collaborative team-work from the perspective of map service＇s times-characteristics and engineering practices,then discusses the primary function and skills requirements of the three segments of this model.The map design pattern based on the collaborative team-work can effectively alleviate the contradictions of map traditional design,and meet the demand of map service with the character of on-demand customization in the Internet age.
