摘　　要：结合国内外研究成果,阐述在线逆向拍卖的基本概念和流程后,从在线逆向拍卖成功实施的条件、在线逆向拍卖的主要优势以及在线逆向拍卖应用的潜在风险三个方面进行分析。最后给出未来的研究展望。Based on domestic and foreign research results, this article expounds the basic concepts and processes of online reverse auction, and then reviews the conditions for using online reverse auction successfully; the major advantages of using online reverse auction, and the potential risks for using online reverse auction. Further researches are also provided.
