科技服务业是如何成长的——以江苏省综合技术服务业为例

摘　　要：以综合技术服务业作为科技服务业的代表,利用1997—2007年江苏省的投入产出表数据,基于影响力系数和感应度系数分析了此期间江苏省综合技术服务业的产业地位演变。结果显示:江苏省综合技术服务业的影响力系数较大且呈上升趋势,该产业对拉动江苏经济增长有重要作用;但其感应度系数较小且呈下降态势,江苏经济增长对其拉动作用较弱;综合技术服务业的影响力系数和感应度系数在江苏省第三产业中的名次都很靠前且呈上升态势。Taking comprehensive technology service as the representative of science technology service industry,and using the data from inputoutput tables of Jiangsu province in 1997,2002 and 2007,this paper analyzes the industrial status evolution of comprehensive technology service during this period according to diffusion coefficient and induction coefficient.The result shows as follows：the diffusion coefficient of comprehensive technology service is very big and takes on an increasing trend,which demonstrates the importance of comprehensive technology service in driving economic growth;the induction coefficient of comprehensive technology service is small and takes on a downward trend,economic growth drives it more weakly;according to the diffusion coefficient and induction coefficient,the status of comprehensive technology service is high in tertiary industry of Jiangsu province,and has a upward trend.
