黄石市第二、三产业互动关系的实证研究

摘　　要：黄石依托丰富的矿产资源,形成了以第二产业为主导产业的经济体系,由此带动了黄石经济的迅速发展,但矿产开采形成的高污染、高能耗的资源消耗型发展模式,逐渐成为了黄石经济发展的瓶颈,黄石因此提出了"生态立市、产业强市"的战略目标。文章针对黄石产业发展现状,运用计量经济模型对黄石第二、三产业的互动关系进行实证研究,得出黄石第二、三产业之间长期影响较弱,短期影响显著,且第三产业对第二产业的影响比第二产业对第三产业的影响要大得多。因此,黄石应积极发展第三产业以拉动第二产业的发展,从而实现生态型产业强市的目标。The rich mineral resources facilitate the formation of the economic system with the secondary industry as the leading industry and the rapid development of economy in Huangshi. However, the growth model featuring heavy pollution and high energy consumption relying on mineral mining hinders the economic growth in Huangshi. So the strategy of eco - friendly economic growth is put forward by Huangshi city council. The authors conduct an empirical study of the interaction between the secondary industry and the tertiary industry in Huangshi by using econometric model. The result shows that the long - term effect is weak while short - term effect is significant, and the tertiary industry has more significant influence on the secondary industry. Therefore, measures should be adopted to promote the development of the tertiary industry, thus driving the development of the secondary industry so as to achieve the strategic objective of eco - friendly economic growth in Huangshi.
