再生骨料的关键特性分析

摘　　要：再生骨料的基本特性与天然骨料相比,主要区别在于再生骨料压碎值大、吸水率高,将其用做混凝土材料时,这两个指标是影响混凝土性能的关键因素。针对再生骨料的这两个关键特性进行了详细的研究,提出采用饱水压碎值作为再生骨料的压碎指标;根据再生骨料的组成性状提出了适用于再生粗骨料的吸水率精确测试方法,得出了再生粗骨料孔隙吸水所占的比例范围,以及再生粗骨料吸水率与粒径及浸水时间之间的关系规律。Through the comparison of basic characteristics between recycled aggregate and natural aggregate,it can conclude that recycled aggregate has large crushing value and high water absorption. When using the recycledaggregate as the concrete material, these two indexes are key factors of influencing the concrete performance. Thekey characteristics of recycled aggregate have been studied in detail, and water - saturated crushing value as thecrushing index of recycled aggregate has been put forward. The exact testing method which applies to water absorption of recycled coarse aggregate is put forward according to the composition traits of recycled aggregate, andthe proportionality range of void water absorption of recycled coarse aggregate as well as the rules on the relation between water absorption of recycled coarse aggregate and grain size and soak time are obtained.
