摘  要:智能压实过程控制系统能够全程实时控制路基或路面碾压过程中碾压遍数、温度、厚度、里程桩号与压实度检测值等参数。为了加强沥青路面施工质量的过程控制,将智能压实控制系统应用于高速沥青路面施工中,试验结果表明:该系统现场采集的压实度检测值与采用传统方法检测的压实度具有较好的相关性,可以对沥青路面压实质量进行过程控制,进而提高碾压均匀性和碾压效率。The intelligent compaction process control system can realize the whole course real -time control on parameters like rolling compaction times, temperature, thickness, mileage stake mark and estimated value of compactness during the process of subgrade or pavement compaction. In order to strengthen the process control of asphalt pavement construction quality, the intelligent compaction control system will be applied in high speed asphalt pavement construction. The test result shows that: there is a relatively good correlation between estimated value of compactness collected on the spot and that of compactness inspected by adopting traditional method. The process control can be performed on the compaction quality of asphalt pavement, so as to improve the evenness and efficiency of rolling compaction.
