摘　　要：本文分析了95氧化铝陶瓷材料的性能,以及车削95氧化铝陶瓷材料时刀具应具有的切削特性;通过几种常见刀具材料的性能比较,推荐用立方氮化硼刀具来加工95氧化铝陶瓷,并给出了刀具的实际角度参数和加工时的切削参数。This paper analyzes the performance of 95 alumina ceramic material and studies the cutting performance that tools should have in turning of 95 alumina ceramic material. By comparing the performance of several common cutting tool materials, CBN cutting tools is recommended for processing 95 alumina ceramic and it gives a practical point of cutting parameters and actual cutting parameters of the cutting tools.
