基于云理论的文化产业综合评价

摘　　要：针对现有的综合评价方法存在的不足,文章创新性的提出采用云理论进行文化产业综合评价研究。在应用实例中,结合甘肃省文化产业自身特征建立了一套科学、全面的综合评价指标体系,进而按照云理论模型的步骤对其进行综合评价,最后针对性地从评价云数字特征所折射的指标环节分析了甘肃省文化产业发展水平低的原因。结果表明云理论能够较好地解决定性指标和定量指标的混合运算问题以及在多种算法中指标权重的赋值不能避免人为主观因素的干扰的问题。Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing comprehensive evaluation system and meth- ods, this article innovatively put forward the cloud theory to evaluate cultural industry compre- hensively. In the application, combined with the characteristics of Gansu province cultural indus- try, it sets up a six-dimensions evaluation index system. Furthermore it carries out a comprehen- sive evaluation following the steps of the cloud theory model. Finally the reasons that possibly re- sult to the low level of culture industry development in Gansu province is analyzed from the re- fraction index of evaluation cloud digital characteristics. The results show that the cloud theory can better solve the mixed operation problem of qualitative and quantitative indexes, meanwhile it can solve the problem that the valuation of index weight in a variety of algorithms cannot avoid subjective factors interference.
