公安现役院校学员队干部素质构成探析

摘　　要：公安现役院校学员队干部素质包括思想政治素质、军事素质、身心素质、科学文化素质、业务素质等,探讨学员队干部素质,旨在为学员队干部工作提供借鉴。Through presenting the function and character of team leaders in institutions of armed police of the public security, this paper explains the connotation of the quality in both narrow and broad senses. It concludes that the concept and composition of armed police team leaders in public security institutions should include the ideological and political quality, military quality, physical quality, scientific and cultural quality, professional quality, etc.
