摘　　要：征地类群体性事件具有冲击力强、对抗性激烈等特点,对我国社会的和谐稳定发展造成了严重的影响。论文以"广西苍梧县征地事件"为例,分析当前我国地方政府在处理征地类群体性事件过程中存在的问题,并提出地方政府构建科学的征地类群体性事件应急管理机制的建议。Land expropriation mass disturbances impact the harmonious and stable development seriously in our country with the characteristics of strong impact force, intense confrontational, etc. In this paper, by taking ＂ Guangxi Cangwu County Land expropriation mass disturbances＂ as an example, the author analyses the problem in the current process of local government~ treatment to land expropriation mass disturbances, and put forward sug- gestions to the government＇s construction of emergency management mechanism for land expropriation mass disturb- ances.
