摘  要:针对全膜双垄沟玉米种植起垄前机械翻耕功率消耗大,玉米割茬难以清除影响覆膜等问题,设计了1种可一次完成局部旋耕整地、起垄埋茬、施肥、喷药和覆膜的联合作业机.该作业机实际旋耕面积仅占作业面积的45.4%,减少了旋耕时的功率消耗;作业机起垄时可将玉米残茬埋在新垄下,并将肥料通过施肥装置均匀撒到沟底之后进行喷药覆膜,充分发挥了肥效和药效.田间试验结果表明,经本机起垄后垄面光滑、无明显缺陷,且覆土后无机械破膜现象;大垄的垄宽和垄高平均值分别为70.05cm和14.98cm;小垄的垄宽和垄高平均值为39.86cm和19.92cm;纵向覆土厚度和宽度平均值为2.50cm和10.03cm,符合设计要求和全膜双垄沟玉米种植农艺要求.The whole plastic-film double furrow sowing corn cultivation wasting too many work on tilling soil before rigging,and the stubbles of the corn crop is difficult to clean which influences film-mulching,aiming at these problems,a combined machine was designed.It could meet the requirements of partly tillage,ridging,fertilization,spraying and film mulching.The combined machine's actual tillage area only accounted for 45.4% of the operation area which reduced the power consumption of rotary tillage,and it could bury corn stubbles in the new ridge when ridging the soil.Then the fertilizing device spread manure evenly to the bottom of ridges.At last the machine sprayed upon the ridges and covered the whole area with plastic film immediately ensuring the pesticide and fertilizer works effective.The field test showed that the ridged surface was smooth,no obvious defects and the membrane had no mechanical rupture phenomenon.The average size of width and height of large ridges were 70.05 cm and 14.98 cm,the small ridges were 39.86 cm and 19.98 cm,the average thickness and width overlying soil were 2.50 cm and 10.03 cm,under the demanding of the size range and meet the design requirements.
