摘 要:针对传统Lan-5缓蚀剂固液双剂使用不便的缺陷,以硫脲代替液体苯胺制备出了一种单剂固体复合型缓蚀剂,并分别借助腐蚀试验、极化曲线等方法研究了其在10%HCl、10%H2SO4及10%HNO3介质中对45钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,添加0.45%的新型固体缓蚀剂可使45钢在3种酸介质中的缓蚀率均达85%以上。极化曲线测试结果表明,新型固体缓蚀剂可以明显地降低45钢在3种酸介质中的腐蚀电流,说明使用硫脲替代液体苯胺制备新型固体复合缓蚀剂是可行的。In this paper,the modified lan-5 solid compound inhibitor was synthesised by solid thiourea instead of liquid phenylamine. The corrosion inhibition performance of modified lan-5 inhibitor in 10%HCl,10% H2SO4 and 10% HNO3 were studied by static weight loss and Tafel curve. The results showed the corrosion inhibition efficiency were above 85% when 0. 45% improved lan-5 inhibitor were added to the acid solutions. Tafel polarization curves results showed that the addition of the modified lan-5 inhibitor could significantly reduce corrosion current density in the three kinds of acidic mediums. It was feasible to prepare modified lan-5 by solid thiourea instead of liquid aniline.
