摘　　要：养老金调整机制是建立更加公平可持续养老金制度的重要参数。通过全面梳理全球各国养老金调整机制的现状,考察主要国家调整机制的演变历史和发展趋势,深入分析典型国家的具体情况,总结国际经验和教训,对建立健全我国养老金调整机制具有重要的借鉴意义。To build a more equitable and sustainable public pension system,adjustment index is an important parameter. This paper sums up current situation of adjustment index in every country, analyze four typical countries, and conclude with some important experiences and lessons. It is worth China to learn some conclusion of international comparison of adjustment index for public pension.
