摘 要:少油点火技术是使用专门设计的燃烧器,用少量的油来引燃煤粉,油在燃烧器内高强度燃烧,产生高温火焰,高温火焰将通过煤粉燃烧器的一次风粉气流温度升至着火温度,实现煤粉的点火与燃烧,快速点燃煤粉,从而达到节约点火用油的目的。本文介绍了少油点火技术在超临界直流锅炉启动中的应用,运行实践证明,应用少油点火技术后,锅炉启动和运行性能稳定,节油效果明显。Less oil burner ignition technology is the use of specially designed, use a small amount of oil to pulverized coal ignition and combustion oil burner in high strength, produce high temperature flame,high temperature flame will pass through a wind powder pulverized coal burner air temperature to ignition temperature, ignition and combustion of pulverized coal, pulverized coal fast ignition, so as to achieve the aim of saving the ignition This paper introduces the less oil ignition technology in the application of supercritical concurrent boiler starting and running practice proves that application of less oil ignition technology, boiler starting and running performance is stable, oil-saving effect is obvious
