摘  要:为减少固结灌浆对混凝土施工的相互干扰,加快施工进度,保证大坝碾压混凝土连续上升及快速施工,选取在右岸EL.1369 m^EL.1378 m典型地质进行无盖重固结灌浆试验,以论证无盖重固结灌浆方法技术上的可行性、效果上的可靠性、经济上的合理性。通过灌浆资料分析、检查孔压水试验及物探声波探测3种检查结果表明,象鼻岭水电站大坝工程无盖重固结灌浆试验取得了较好的灌浆效果,达到了预期的目的,质量满足设计要求和规范标准,获得了科学的技术参数和施工工艺,从而为象鼻岭水电站大坝固结灌浆施工提供了指导性意见。在玄武岩地质实施无盖重固结灌浆在国内工程中是比较少见的,该项试验的成功,为在玄武岩地质实施无盖重固结灌浆提供借鉴。In order to reduce the interference of concretion grouting to concrete construction, speed up the construction progress, ensure rise for RCC dam and rapid construction, we made selection on the right bank EL. 1369m - EL. 1378m typical geologieal to achieve no top heavy consolidation grouting test to demonstrate non-cover-weight concretion grouting technical feasibility, the effect on the reliability and economic rationality. The three test results including data analysis, inspection hole grouting pressure water test and geophysical sound detection showed that the non-cover-welght concretion grouting experiment of Xiangbiling hydropower station achieved good grouting effect, reached the desired purpose, met the design requirements and quality standards, obtained the science and technology parameters and construction technology, provided guidance for the Xiangbiling Hydropower Station dam consolidation grouting construction. Achieving non-cover-weight concretion grouting in basalt geologic in domestic engineering was relatively rare, and the success of the test could provide guidance for non-cover-weight concretion grouting in basalt geologic.
