高频保护在断线故障中的应用及分析

摘  要:2008年冬,贵州遭遇了自1951年有气象资料记载以来罕见的雪凝灾害天气,罕见的、高强度的雪凝天气造成输变电设备严重覆冰,覆冰导致了六盘水电网220 k V线路几乎发生了所有类型的断线故障,这些断线故障有一个共性就是线路断线前轻载、断线后单侧先接地,由于受高频通道和保护装置原理设计的影响,高频保护对不同的断线故障产生了不同的动作行为。通过对这些故障引起的保护动作行为所进行的定性的粗浅的分析,寻找规律,制定对策,为保护人员分析类似故障引起的保护动作行为及科研人员完善保护装置的动作逻辑提供一些思路。Guizhou encountered to the rare meteorological disaster weather since 1951 in winter 2008, snow coagulation caused power transmission and transformation equipment were covered by the ice seriously, resulted in which Liupanshui Power Grid 220 kV line almost all types of break line fault happened, these failure has a common that the line light load before the line break, unilateral ground break after the line break, the high frequency protection for different single-line breakdown produced different actions due to the high frequency channel and the protection design principle, among them, have "high frequency protection on one side of the normal rapid action, on the other side of the high frequency protection delay action"; "On one side of the high frequency protection operation, on the other side of the high frequency protection couldn' t action"; "high side side protection operation, on the other side closed protection action" of... And so on, these seemingly unreasonable protection device behavior were correct through the wave record, message and principle analysis, but these protection should not tough off the actions, because any type of failure required longitudinal protection of fast, reliable action, therefore, through the protection of these failures cause actions conducted by the qualitative analysis, looked for patterns, developed countermeasure, to provide some train of thought for personnel analysis similar failure caused the protective action and scientific research personnel to perfect the protection action logic.
