摘  要:研究卫星星座性能评估体系的设计方法。针对星座设计过程中对星座系统配置方案进行评估和论证的重要性,根据卫星星座性能评估指标体系的设计原则,首先采用层次分析法,构建卫星星座性能评估体系层次结构模型。其次,设计一套完备的星座性能评估体系,并着重设计动态能力评估指标及其定义方法,分析星座在轨运行稳定性能。最后,通过一个具体的应用实例介绍了该设计实现的软件系统的各功能模块,分析论证了所提评估体系的完备性、合理性、科学性和实用性。为卫星系统的顶层设计和方案论证提供可靠的决策依据,以进一步提高所设计星座的性能和效益。This paper studies the designing method for evaluation system of satellite constellation performance. It is important to evaluate and demonstrate the configuration program of the constellation system in the process of constellation designing. ,To address this issue, accord- ing to the designing principle of evaluation indices system for satellite constellation performance, in this paper we first use analytic hierarchy process to build a hierarchical structural model for satellite constellation performance evaluation system. And then we design a complete evalu- ation system of constellation performance, and put the emphasis on the design of dynamic capability evaluation index and its. definition meth- od, as well as analyse the stability performance of the constellation running in orbit. At last, through a specific application example we intro- duce each functional module of the software system designed and implemented in this paper, and analyse and demonstrate the completeness, rationality, scientific nature and practicality of the proposed evaluation system. Therefore we provide a reliable basis for decision making for the top-level design and scheme argumentation of satellite system so as to further improve the performance and benefit of the designed constel- lation.
