摘 要:【目的】研究相同饲养环境条件下不同杂交组合后代犊牛的肉质性状效果。【方法】以南德温牛、安格斯牛、西门塔尔牛3个品种为父本,以新疆褐牛(肉用新类型)为母本。利用超声波活体检测技术,综合分析ND×BD(南德温×本地)、AG×BD(安格斯×本地)、XM×BD(西门塔尔×本地)杂交组合F_1代眼肌面积、背膘厚度、肌间脂肪含量、眼肌高度之间的差异。【结果】在3月龄公犊群体中XM×BD杂交组合F_1代眼肌面积显著高于AG×BD、ND×BD杂交组合F_1代(P<0.05),母犊群体中XM×BD、ND×BD杂交组合F_1代眼肌面积显著高于AG×BD杂交组合F_1代(P<0.05);在6月龄公、母犊的群体中AG×BD、ND×BD杂交组合F_1代眼肌面积显著高于XM×BD杂交组合F_1代(P<0.05)。在3月龄公犊群体中ND×BD杂交组合F_1代背膘厚度显著高于AG×BD、XM×BD杂交组合F_1代(P<0.05),而在母犊群体中XM×BD、ND×BD杂交组合F1代的背膘厚度都显著高于AG×BD杂交组合F_1代的背膘厚度(P<0.05);在5月龄、6月龄母犊的两个群体中AG×BD杂交组合F_1代的背膘厚度显著高于XM×BD、ND×BD杂交组合F_1代(P<0.05)。在3月龄公犊杂交组合F_1代中XM×BD、AG×BD杂交组合F_1代的肌间脂肪含量显著高于ND×BD杂交组合F_1代(P<0.05)。【结论】ND×BD(南德温×本地)、AG×BD(安格斯×本地)、XM×BD(西门塔尔×本地)杂交组合都适于新疆本地牛的优良杂交模式,从胴体质量上看ND×BD(南德温×本地)杂交组合则较优;从产肉性能上看,AG×BD杂交组合产肉性更具优势。[ Objective] This test is to study the effect of different meat quality traits in crosses generations calves reared under the same environmental conditions. [ Method ] To South Devon cattle, Angus, Simmental breed three male parent, Xinjiang Brown Cattle as female. Which applicated of ttttrasonic vivo measurement technology on the analysis OfND × BD (South Devon × local), AG × BD (Angus × local), XM ×BD (Simmental× local) of Fl hybrids loin eye area, back fat thickness, the difference between the fat content of muscle, muscle between height. [Result] The results show that: XM × BD eye muscle area of F1 hybrids in the three - month - old male calf group was significantly higher than AG × BD, ND ×BD hybrids F1 generation (P 〈 0. 05), female calf groups XM × BD, ND× BD eye muscle area of Fl hybrids was significantly higher than that of AG ×BD hybrids F1 generation ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; In the 6 - month - old male and female calves of groups,the eye muscle area of AG x BD, ND x BD FI hybrids was significantly higher than XM× BD hybrids F1 generation (P 〈 0. 05 ). In the three - month - old male calf groups, backfat thickness of ND × BD hybrids F1 generation was significantly higher than AG x BD, XM × BD hybrids F1 generation (P 〈 0. 05 ), whereas in female calf groups the backfat thickness of XM × BD, ND × BD hybrids F1 generation were significantly higher than AG × BD hybrids F1 generation backfat thickness ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; In the 5 - month - old, 6 - month - old female calf two groups, the backfat thickness of AG x BD hybrids F1 generation was significantly higher than XM × BD, ND × BD hybrids F1 generation (P 〈 0. 05 ). In the three - month - old male calf hybrids F1 generation,the intramuscular fat of XM × BD, AG × BD crosses content was significantly higher than that of F1 hybrids ND × BD F1 generation ( P 〈 0. 05 ).
