摘  要:左雄对当时腐朽的官僚政治进行了揭露和批判,提出了以任贤用能为核心的政治改革主张。他把着眼点放在选才用人上,反对"私人以官",主张"用贤"和"知人";注重人才选任,主张"限年试才",完善人才培养体系,建立稳定的人才培养和选任机制,加强对官吏的考核;建议任用"儒生清白",提高官吏的文化和道德素养,改善官僚队伍的整体素质,并通过提高官吏待遇等措施来稳定官僚队伍。他的批判精神和思想主张对后世产生了很大影响。Zuo Xiong exposed and criticized the corrupt bureaucratic politics at that time and put forward the idea of using the wise and appointing the capable as the core of political reform.He put focus on the selection of people,opposed"conferring official ranks for money in private",and advocated of"using the wise"and "knowing the capable ".In order to establish a stable personnel training-selecting mechanism and strengthen the appraisal of officials,he paid attention to the talent selection,advocated "limiting the age and judge the talent through the exam",and improved the personnel training system.In addition,he also suggested that"Confucian scholars should be appointed,who are erudite and rectitude"so as to improve the officials' cultural and moral qualities and the overall qualities of the bureaucracy.He put forward the measures such as ameliorating the official treatments to stabilize the bureaucrats.His critical spirits and thoughts had a great influence on later generations.
