摘　　要：目的:探讨为急诊内科患者实施预见性护理的效果及临床价值。方法:选我院急诊内科患者198例,随机分为对照组与护理组。为对照组患者实施常规护理,给予护理组患者预见性护理,对两组患者SAS(焦虑自评量表)及患者满意度情况进行对比。结果:护理组患者SAS评分及满意度情况均显著优于对照组患者。结论:实施预见性护理可缓解患者的焦虑情绪并提高患者的满意度,从而有效增进了护患之间的关系,护理效果显著,值得推广至临床中。Objective： To study the effect and clinical value of predictive nursing care of patients in emergency department. Methods： 198 cases in emergency were randomly divided into two groups. Normal nursing was given to the control group, and predictive nursing was given to nursing group. SAS and satisfaction were measured in both groups to compare. Results： SAS score and satisfaction of patients in nursing group were signifi cantly better than control group. Conclusion： Predictive nursing care can release anxiety and increase satisfaction of patients with signifi cant effects. It is worthy of promotion to clinic.
