摘  要:目的:探讨伤科黄水对伤口溃疡处于消肿祛腐期糖尿病足(DF)患者体内炎症因子的影响作用。方法:对照组和观察组各30例,检测治疗d7和d14患者血液MCP-1、IL-6、hs CRP炎症因子的含量,比较两组间差别。结果:治疗d7对照组hs CRP、MCP-1、IL-6的平均水平分别为(5.24±2.10)mg/L、(631±91)pg/m L、(5.39±4.40)ng/L;观察组为(1.42±0.87)mg/L、(375±35)pg/m L、(3.18±0.33)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗d7比较,治疗d14时MCP-1、IL-6、hs CRP炎症因子的含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过伤科黄水在消肿祛腐期对糖尿病足(DF)的治疗可以减少体内MCP-1、IL-6、hs CRP等炎症因子的含量,起到抗炎消肿的作用,从而加快糖尿病足部溃疡的愈合。Objective Discussion on effects ofshangkehuangshui to inflammatory factors of diabetic foot ulcer woundpatients in a period of swelling and rotting.Methods Experiments are divided into the 30 patients of the control group and the experimental group, checking thedifferences be- tween the two groups onthe 7th and 14th days of blood in patients with MCP-1, IL-6, hsCRP levels of inflammatory factors.Resuhs After The 7th day of treatment,the average level of hsCRP, MCP-1, IL-6 were (5.24±2.10)rag/L, (631±91)pg/mL, (5.39±4.40)ng/L on control group;on test group were respectivelyl.(42±0.87 )mg/L, (375±35)pg/mL, (3.18±0.33)ng/L,The differences between the two groups were statistically signif- icant (P〈0.05).Compared with the 7th day of treatment, treatment of the 14th day, the levels of MCP-1, IL-6, hsCRP were notstatistically sig- nificant (P〉0.05).Conclusion The treatment on diabetic foot (DF)ina period of swelling and rotting by shangkehuangshui can reduce MCP-1, IL-6, hsCRP levels of Inflammatory factors, playing a role in anti-inflammatory swelling and speeding up the healing of diabetic foot ulcers.
