摘　　要：目的:观察麻黄附子细辛汤化裁治疗冷哮证的临床疗效。方法:60例病例随机分为两组。对照组给予常规西医治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用麻黄附子细辛汤化裁。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为90.0%,无显著差异(P>0.05),对比两组喘息、咳嗽症状的中医疗效积分、治疗后肺功能的改善,观察组与对照组对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:结合麻黄附子细辛汤化裁治疗冷哮证临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者肺通气功能。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction treatment of asthma patients in Cold-Asthma syn- drome.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given basic treatment; the treatment group was giv- en basic treatment and Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction. Results After treatment of 2 courses, the total effective rate of clinical effect was 93% in treatment group and 90% in control group, there was no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）; The TCM symptoms integral of breathing and cough after treatment in the treatment group were significantly different from the control group （P〈0.05）; the pulmonary ventila- tion function after treatment in the treatment group were significantly different from the control group （P〈0.05）.Conelusion Combined with Mabuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction in the treatment of Cold-Asthma have better clinical effect and can improve pulmonary ventilation function.
