张仲景芍药甘草汤加味预防化疗引起的外周神经毒性反应的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察张仲景《伤寒论》芍药甘草汤加味预防奥沙利铂化疗引起的外周神经毒性反应的疗效。方法:选取我科应用奥沙利铂进行化疗的患者共60例,随机分成观察组、对照组各30例。结果:观察组出现外周神经毒性反应率36.67%,对照组出现外周神经毒性反应率63.33%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:芍药甘草汤加味可减少奥沙利铂化疗引起外周神经毒性反应发生率,减轻化疗痛苦,提高患者生存质量。Objective To study the clinical effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction on preventing neurotoxicity of chemotherapy patients.Methods 60 patients ehemotherapyed by Oxaliplatin were clinically selected and divided into a treatment group with 30 patients and a control group with 30 patients. Results the incidence rate of neurotoxieity of the treatment group significantly lowered than the control group,showing significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conlusion ：Shaoyao Gancao decoction can deduce the incidence rate of neurotoxicity of chemotherapy, improve their quality of life.
