自血疗法配合桑白皮汤内服治疗痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自血疗法配合桑白皮汤内服治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将60例病例随机分为观察组、对照组1和对照组2,每组20例,观察组采用自血疗法配合桑白皮汤进行治疗,对照组1采用自血疗法治疗,对照组2用桑白皮汤内服,治疗3个疗程后,将3组的临床疗效进行比较。结果:观察组痊愈7例、显效8例、有效4例、无效1例,总有效率为95%,对照组1痊愈5例、显效8例、有效3例、无效4例,总有效率为80%,对照组2痊愈4例、显效6例、有效7例、无效3例,总有效率为85%。结论:自血疗法配合桑白皮汤内服的疗效优于单一疗法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of autohemotherapy with Sangbaipi Decoction in treating of acne. Methods 60 patients with acne were randomly divided into treatment group , control group 1 and group 2,20 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with autohemotherapy and Sangbaipi Decoction.Patients in control group 1 was given autohemotherapy.Patients in control group 2 was given oral- ly Sangbaipi Decoction.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared among the three groups after courses of treatment. Results In the treatment group 7 cases were cured;8 cases were markedly effective;4 eases were effective; 1 case was ineffective,the total efficacy rate was 95%.In the control group 1 were 5,8,3 and 4,the total efficacy rate was 80%.In the control group 2 were 4,6,7 and 3,the total efficacy rate was 85%. Conelusion The curative effect of autohemotherapy with Sangbaipi Decoction was better than single therapy.
