基于产学研协同创新的企业知识产权合作模式

摘　　要：在当今知识经济时代,企业由产学研协同创新所带来的知识产权合作问题日益尖锐复杂,因此寻求适合的知识产权合作模式对于促进其协同创新的健康发展至关重要。在对企业开展调查的基础上,以产学研协同创新的知识产权归属问题为研究切入点,分析总结了基于协同创新的企业知识产权合作的特征,在此基础上探讨了3种不同合作模式对企业协同创新发展的影响,并提出了合作模式的选择建议。In today＇s knowledge economic era,the problems of intellectual property cooperation brought about by the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research are increasingly acute and complicate,therefore,it is particularly important to seek the suitable cooperation model of intellectual property for the advancement of the sound development of collaborative innovation.By the investigation on the enterprises,as the breakthrough point of the problems of the ownership of intellectual property based on the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research,the characteristics of enterprise intellectual property cooperation based on collaborative innovation environment were analyzed and summarized,and then based on this,the effects to enterprise innovation and development centre on three kinds of different cooperation model of intellectual property were explored,and the suggestions on the selection of cooperation models were proposed.
