摘　　要：在经济全球化这个大背景下,国际贸易与国际直接投资对一国经济发展至关重要。结合当今中国的实际情况,在外商直接投资与国际贸易的替代和互补效应理论分析的基础上,通过收集1985年至2013年的相关数据,利用进出口模型,从实证的角度探究中国利用外商直接投资与国际贸易之间的关系,得出1985—1998年FDI与国际贸易之间存在互补关系,1999—2013年FDI与国际贸易之间存在替代关系,但这两种关系都不显著的结论,最后针对该结论提出相应的对策建议。Under the background of economic globalization,international trade and international direct investment are very important to economic development of countries.Combined with the realistic situation of today＇s China and based on alternative and complementary effect theories of FDI and international trade,it aims to explore the relationship between FDI and international trade from the empirical perspective by collecting the data from 1985 to 2013and using the model of the import and export model.It comes to the conclusion：the relationship between FDI and international trade is complementary from 1985 to 1998and alternative from 1999 to 2013,but the relationship isn＇t significant.Finally based on the conclusion,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
