摘 要:针对开关磁阻电动机具有很强的多变量耦合及非线性,其转矩特性的获取以及转矩的数学模型的建立均十分困难的问题,对如何获得开关磁阻电动机的转矩特性以及如何建立其转矩的数学模型进行了研究。提出了一种基于暂态电流和稳态电流的转矩检测实验方法,对一台4相8/6极开关磁阻电动机进行了转矩检测实验;与此同时,基于转矩检测实验数据,采用曲线拟合的方式对开关磁阻电动机的转矩特性进了数学建模,并提出一种基于区间分段的拟合方法。研究结果表明,该转矩检测实验以及转矩数学建模方法是有效的。Aiming at the problem of strongly multivariable coupling property and nonlinearity of the switched reluctance motor( SRM),it was very difficult to obtain the torque characteristics and establish the mathematical model of torque of SRM. The issues that how to acquire SRM's torque characteristics and establish the mathematical model of torque of SRM were studied. Experimental methods based on transient current and steady-state current were given respectively to obtain the torque characteristics of a four-phase 8 /6 SRM. Mathematical model of torque of the SRM was established with curve fitting method,based on torque data measured from the experiment. A curve fitting method based on the interval segments is proposed. The result indicates that the method to measure the torque characteristics and the method to establish the mathematic model of torque of SRM are proved to be effective.
