摘 要:格构式钢柱常用于重型工业厂房的排架柱或高大的独立支柱,此类构件使用环境复杂性,极易遭遇侧向撞击荷载作用。为探明格构式钢柱的抗侧向撞击性能,利用DHR9401落锤式冲击试验机完成了6根格构式钢柱侧向撞击试验。试验中利用动态应变仪记录了不同冲击能作用下格构式钢柱的冲击力时程曲线,并获得了其残余破坏形态和塑性变形量。结果表明:格构式钢柱在侧向撞击荷载的作用下表现出良好的延性性能和抗冲击性能,其残余变形主要包括整体侧向弯曲变形和撞击部位的局部屈曲变形;其残余变形的变化与冲击能的变化呈线性关系。Lattice steel column is commonly used in tall detached columns or bent frame columns of heavy industrial workshop building,it is easy to bear lateral impacts under complex environments.In order to study the performance of a latticed steel column's anti-lateral impact,six latticed steel column specimens were tested under lateral impact with a DHR9401-Drop-Weight-Impact-Tester.Their impact force time-histories and residual deformations were recorded during test courses.With the test data,the dynamic behaviors of the steel columns were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that the latticed steel columns have good anti-impact ability and ductility under lateral impacts;their residual deformations include the overall lateral bending deformation and the local buckling deformation at the impacted position;the variation of their residual deformations with impact energy reveals a linear relation.
