摘 要:于2009年7月和11月在赣江中游吉安段水域采集了16种鱼类,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定鱼体肌肉中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Cr、Pb、Cd的含量。7种重金属在不同鱼类肌肉中残留范围分别为5.86-20.33、3.9-14.2、0.31-1.26、0.27-0.89、0.02-0.26、0.02-0.17和0.02-0.08mg·kg-1。一般认为不同鱼类重金属元素残留特征为肉食性鱼类大于植食性鱼类和杂食性鱼类、底层鱼高于中上层鱼,但本研究结果显示这一规律不明显。The contents of heavy metals in the muscle of main economic fishes were evaluated using atomic absorption spectrophotometry, including 16 species, collected from the Ji'n section in the middle reaches of the Ganjiang River in July and November 2009. The mean muscle concentrations of heavy metals (Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Cr, Pb and Cd) in the 16 species were within the range of 5.86-20.33 mg/kg, 3.9-14.2 mg/kg, 0.31-1.26 mg/kg, 0.27-0.89 mg/kg, 0.02-0.26 mg/kg, 0.02-0.17 mg/kg and 0.02-0.08 mg/kg, respectively. We found that demersal fish species had higher concentrations of heavy metal in than that in pelagic fish species, and residues of heavy metals in piscivorous were higher than that in herbivo- rous as well. The results also showed that the residues of heavy metals in fish were different, but the reg- ulation was not significant.
