摘  要:通过不同冷却速度下的热模拟试验,研究了铌微合金化对轴承钢碳化物网状的影响。结果表明,不同冷速条件下,含铌钢和不含铌钢中的碳化物网状级别差别不大;当冷却速度大于5℃/s时,碳化物网状级别小于1级;含铌轴承钢的珠光体团尺寸小,碳化物网状不连续分布。铌微合金化对碳化物网状的影响主要通过细化珠光体团和改变碳化物网状的形态来体现。The effect of Nb on network carbide in bearing steel was investigated through thermo-mechanical simulator at different cooling rates. The test results showed that the grade of network carbide in Nb-containing and Nb-free steel was similar. When the cooling rate was greater than 5℃/s, the grade of network carbide was less than level 1. The pearlite colony size in Nb- containing beating steel was small and the distribution of network carbide was discontinuous. The effect of Nb on network carbide was revealed by refining pearlite colony and changing shape of network carbide.
