摘  要:通过复合添加易切削元素硫(S)、铅(Pb)和碲(Te),开发了一种适合圆珠笔加工的易切削不锈钢,对组织和性能同进口材料SF20T进行了对比分析。结果表明:钢中易切削相为Mn S、Pb及其与Te形成的复合夹杂物,显微组织和力学性能与进口同类产品相似。经实际测试,该钢具有良好的切削加工性和书写使用性,可望替代国外同类产品。A free-cutting stainless steel for ballpoint pen was developed by the composite addition of sulphur ( S), lead (Pb) and tellurium (Te). Microstrueture and properties of the steel and the imported steel SF20T were comparatively investigated. The results showed that the free- cutting phases (inclusions) of the steels consisted of MnS, Pb and the composite inclusion of MnS, Pb and Te. The microstructure and mechanical properties were similar to the corresponding imported steel. The practical trial revealed that the steel obtained super machinability and writing usability, and being hopeful to replace the corresponding imported products.
