摘  要:采用镁铝铁合金在实验室高温炉进行了脱氧试验;镁铝合金在炼钢厂超低碳钢生产中开展了工业脱氧试验。与铝脱氧钢的夹杂物类型和分布进行对比,含镁合金脱氧生成的脱氧产物以Al-O和Al-Mg-O为主,粒径更细小,夹杂物分布更加弥散,钢中Al2O3夹杂物聚集程度明显降低,Al-Mg-O夹杂对氧化铝夹杂起到分散作用。镁铝合金在超低碳钢钢种进行的推广应用,表明镁铝合金脱氧罐次的冷轧板均没有出现夹杂废品。Experiments on deoxidation with Mg-Al-Fe alloy for ultra low carbon steel were carried out in high temperature furnace and in RH degasser. Contrasted with deoxidation products treated with Al alloy, the composition of inclusions deoxidated with Mg-Al-Fe alloy were mostly Al-O and Al- Mg- O, the size of them was smaller and more dipersive, and degree of Al2O3 inclusion accumulation was reduced obviously, which indicated that the Al-Mg-O inclusion was of the effect to modify and disperse Al-O inclusion. The promotion and application of deoxidation with Mg-Al-Fe alloy for ultra low carbon steel was conducted, the results showed that there were no waste products caused by inclusion in cold rolled steel sheet.
