摘　　要：高校图书馆读者服务工作的专业特性、语言艺术和服务质量,关系到人才培养质量。浅议高校图书馆读者服务工作语言的重要性,结合工作实际提出了读者服务工作中的三种语言艺术,提升读者服务质量及工作水平。The objects of university library service are highly specialized,quality of service is related to the quality of personnel training. This paper discusses importance of the working languages of college library service,and combined with the actual work,pro- poses three language arts of enhancing reader service and the level of work.
