摘　　要：针对宁夏石化公司600 kt/a连续重整装置重整氢增压机K202AB大量结焦造成设备损坏频繁检修的原因进行分析,并结合工艺调整和设备改造两方面对怎样减少结焦提出预防措施,尽量避免机组故障装置停工,减少检修费用。Focusing on the massive coking issue of reformer hydrogen compressor（K202AB） of 600 kt/a at Ningxia petrochemical,this thesis analyses the specific reasons of frequent e- quipment maintenance shutdown which caused by the coking issue, and offers preventive so- lutions on how to eliminate coking problems.The solutions have been proposed in the context of chemical engineering adjustment and equipment retrofitting,and the solutions can lessen the chances of equipment shutdown and cut the maintenance cost.
