摘 要:肝素钠废水因含高钠盐而导致其生物处理效率受到较大程度的抑制,对于如何改善高盐下的生物处理效率已成为目前研究的热点。针对SBR工艺处理高盐肝素钠生产废水的好氧生物处理过程,以污泥对有机物、氨氮的去除效率为要点,探讨了甜菜碱对活性污泥性能的影响效果。实验结果表明,(1)当稳定的好氧处理系统受到高钠盐冲击时,投加甜菜碱,TOC的去除率能提高9%~22%,氨氮的去除率能提高9%~16%;(2)当甜菜碱添加浓度为1 mmol/L(即117 mg/L)时,系统污泥性能的改善效果最好,TOC的去除率提高了15.3%,氨氮的去除率提高了18.7%;(3)甜菜碱的一次性添加对活性污泥性能的影响存在一定的持续性,持续时间约为6 d。The efficiency of wastewater biological treatment was inhibited greatly by high concentration salt in heparin wastewater. It has been a hot research that how to improve the efficiency of the biological treatment under high salt. The system of treating heparin wastewater with high salt,which used the sequence batch reactor( SBR),the effect of glycine betaine on the performance of aerobic activated sludge was mainly studied by the removal rate of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen. The results showed that:( 1) when the steady aerobic treatment system of wastewater was shocked suddenly by high salt,the removal rate of TOC increased by 9% —22%and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen increased by 9% —16% through adding glycine betaine;( 2) when the concentration of added glycine betaine was 1 mmol / L,the removal efficiencies of TOC and ammonia were best improved,reaching by 15. 3% and 18. 7%,reapectively;( 3) the improvement of adding glycine betaine to the performance of activated sludge system showed some continuity( about 6 days).
