摘 要:制备了钛层柱粘土负载铜催化剂Cu/Ti-PILCs,用于有氧条件下C3H6选择性还原NO反应,考察了焙烧温度对Cu/Ti-PILCs的催化活性、孔结构和表面活性物种状态的影响。500℃焙烧的Cu/Ti-PILCs具有最佳的催化活性。Cu/TiPILCs的孔结构在600℃焙烧温度下具有良好的热稳定性。H2-TPR和SEM显示,在500℃焙烧的Cu/Ti-PILCs上,铜物种高度分散,主要以活性物种Cu2+的形式存在。700℃焙烧引起较小孔的孔结构崩塌,使得催化剂比表面大幅降低,且高温焙烧下Cu/Ti-PILCs形成没有催化活性的铜氧化物团聚体,导致了催化活性的大幅降低。Catalysts Cu / Ti-PILCs prepared at different calcination temperatures were studied in selective catalytic reduction of NO by propylene. The influences of calcination temperature on catalytic activity,pore structure and active species of Cu / Ti-PILCs were investigated. Cu / Ti-PILCs calcined at 500℃ had best catalytic activity. The pore structure of Cu / Ti-PILCs remained good shape and stability under 600℃ calcinations. The Cu species were highly-dispersed and existed mainly as Cu2 +species on 500℃-calcined Cu / Ti-PILCs. Cu2 +species were the catalytic active components to SCR reaction. 700℃-calcined catalyst showed poor catalytic activity.Calcination at 700℃ destroyed the catalyst's pore structure and formed Cu O bulky aggregation which had no catalytic activity,all these resulted in the severe decrease of the SBETof catalysts and the drop of the catalytic activity.
