摘 要:采用分光光度法对2014年4-10月期间送检的6种不同类型板材及制品家具中共计379个样品进行了甲醛含量的测定。结果表明:板材中甲醛的平均浓度为0.91mg/L,超标率为8.5%;制品家具中甲醛的平均浓度为0.82mg/L,超标率达11.5%;两者中甲醛的平均含量由高到低均为中纤板>胶合板>刨花板>细木工板>指接板>实木,表现出一致性。From April to October,2012,formaldehyde emissions of 379 submitted samples included six types of wood-based panels and finishing products were determined on Spectrophotometry.Results showed that the average formaldehyde concentrations of wood-based panels was 0.91mg/L,and the over standard rate for the samples was 8.5%.The average formaldehyde concentrations of finishing products was 0.82mg/L,and the over standard rate for the samples was 11.5%.The average concentrations of formaldehyde in two groups were medium density fiberboard(MDF)〉plywood〉particleboard〉core-board〉finger jointed board〉solid wood,which showed consistency.
