摘  要:大庆油田致密油总资源量丰富,主要分布在长垣外围。由于直井产量低、效益差,这些资源通过常规技术手段无法得到有效动用。在垣平1井、葡平1、葡平2井、齐平2井大规模体积压裂试验成功的基础上,开辟龙26、垣平1、齐平2等3个致密油开发试验区,开展致密砂岩油藏水平井组开发现场试验。同时,采用"工厂化"施工模式,探索降低投资成本的有效途径。大庆油田水平井多采用套管固井,根据超长水平多段多簇大规模体积压裂现场施工需要,设计采用多级可钻桥塞分段压裂工艺。目前,3个试验区已完成水平井压裂18口井,初期平均单井日产油21.2t/d,是常规压裂井的7.9倍;采用"工厂化"压裂作业模式,试验区平均单井有效施工周期降至4.4d,日压裂段数提高到3.6段,提高9.1%,平均单井施工成本降低26.9%。Total resources of the tight oil in Daqing oilfield are abundant,mainly distributed in the periphery of Changyuan.Due to low yield and low benefit of the vertical wells,the resources cannot be effectively pro- duced through common technologies.Based on the successful tests of large-scale stimulated reservoir volume fracturing in Well Yuanpingl ,Well Pupingl ,Well Puping2 and Well Qiping2,development tests were made in Long26,Yuanpingl and Qiping2 three tight oil areas to develop tight sandstone reservoir with horizontal well group in the field.At the same time, "factory" operation mode was adopted to explore an effective way of re- ducing investment cost.Most of the horizontal wells in Daqing oilfield were cemented by casing,so technology of multi-stage fracturing with drillable bridge plug was designed for the field demands of large-scale stimu- lated reservoir volume fracturing with extra-long and multiple horizontal sections.Eighteen horizontal wells in three development test areas were fractured.Average daily oil production of single well in early period was 21.2t/d,which is 7.9 times of that of the conventional fracturing wells.After "factory" fracturing, average ef- fective construction period of single well shortened to 4.4 days,daily fracturing number increased tervals and increased by 9.1%, and average construction cost of single well could be reduced by to 3.6 in- 26.9%.
