摘  要:在正常生产过程中一旦形成天然气水合物,会使井筒及流程管线内形成水合物冰堵现象,造成流程堵塞、超压,严重影响安全生产,形成安全隐患。此外,随着越来越多的高含硫气藏投入开发,硫化氢对于水合物形成的影响也越来越受到关注。影响天然气水合物生成的因素有内因与外因,包括天然气组分、温度、压力、离子浓度、搅拌速率、生产系统情况等方面,硫化氢对水合物形成的影响主要体现在硫化氢体积分数对水合物形成温度的影响和硫化氢对天然气含水饱和度的影响两方面。针对元坝高含硫气田的水合物形成提出相应的防治措施,包括井筒水合物和地面水合物的防治措施。目前井筒水合物防治措施主要有加热法、化学抑制法、隔热保温法、油管内涂厌水层法、产量控制法、井下节流法等;地面水合物的防治措施主要有加热法、化学剂法和天然气脱水法。Once natural gas hydrate forms in regular productive process ,ice blockage will be formed in well- bore and pipelines resulted in plug and overpressure and the safety hazard will appear.More and more high sulfur gas reservoirs were put into production and the effect of hydrogen sulfide on the formation of the hy- drate is getting more and more attention.Internal and external causes of hydrate formation include natural gas component, temperature, pressure, ionic concentration, stirring rate, production systems and so on.The impact of the hydrogen sulfide on the hydrate formation is as follows: the impact of the volume fraction of the hydro- gen sulfide on the temperature of hydrate formation and the impact of the hydrogen sulfide on water satura- tion of the natural gas.In view of the hydrate formation in the high sulfur gas reservoirs in Yuanba gas field,appropriate prevention and control measures are proposed on wellbore hydrate and ground hydrate.Present prevention and control measures for the wellbore hydrate are heating method,chemical inhibition method,ther- mal insulation method, hydrophobic layer coating in oil tube, production control method, downhole throttle method and so on.The prevention and control measures for the ground hydrate are heating method,chemical agent method and natural gas dehydration method mainly.
