干黄茶乳剂对牙周炎治疗机制的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨干黄茶乳剂对牙周炎治疗机制。方法:采用随机数字表法将昆明种小白鼠分为4组,每组10只,其中未经任何处理的小鼠作为对照组,采用20%、40%、80%干黄茶乳剂处理的牙周炎模型小鼠分别作为低、中、高浓度组,组间比较牙龈指数(GI)、血清Ig G、牙周组织BMP2、IGF1、b FGF阳性表达量的差异。结果:与对照组比较,低、中、高浓度组各个时间点GI值、血清Ig G水平均明显增高,BMP2、IGF1、b FGF阳性表达量均明显降低,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),药物处理1、2 h时,高浓度组GI值、血清Ig G水平最低,低浓度组最高,药物处理4、6 h时,中浓度组上述指标最低,低浓度组最高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),低、高浓度组GI值、血清Ig G水平随着时间的延长而逐渐增加,中浓度组随着时间的延长而逐渐降低。中浓度组BMP2、IGF1、b FGF阳性表达量最高,其次为高浓度组,而低浓度组最低,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干黄茶乳剂通过发挥抗炎与修复牙周损伤组织,从而有效治疗牙周炎,且与药物浓度具有相关性,40%干黄茶乳剂维持作用4 h对牙周炎的抗炎效果最佳,有助于指导牙周炎临床治疗。Objective： To investigate the mechanism of Ganhuangcha Cream in treating Periodontitis. Methods： The Kunming mice were divided into four groups by random number table,each group has 10 cases. The group given none-treatment was regarded as control group,the rest three groups were treated with 20%,40%,80% Ganhuangcha Cream respectively as Low,Medium,High concentration group. After the treatment,the positive expressions of gingival index（ GI）,serum Ig G,periodontium BMP2,IGF1,b FGF were compared among groups. Results： Compared with the control group,GI,serum Ig G levels of Low,Medium,High concentration group significantly increased,the positive expressions of IGF1,BMP2,b FGF were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treated for 1 to 2h,GI,serum Ig G of High concentration group were lowest,Low concentration group were highest. After treated for 4 to 6h,Medium concentration group were lowest; Low concentration group were highest,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. GI,serum Ig G of Low,High concentration group increased gradually as the treating time prolonged,while the Medium concentration group decreased. The positive expressions of BMP2,IGF1 and b FGF were highest in Medium concentration group,followed by High concentration group,and then the Low concentration group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Ganhuangcha Cream can treat periodontitis effectively by anti-inflammation and and repairing periodontium,which is related to concentration of the drug. The treatment effect is the best when treated by 40% Ganhuangcha Cream for 4h. It provides guidance for the clinical treatment of periodontitis.
