摘  要:本文提出了一种将悬浮绕组、电枢绕组、永磁体都置于定子,转子上既无绕组又无永磁体的新型定子永磁型无轴承电机(SPMBM)。本文分析了三相12/8 SPMBM的拓扑结构和悬浮工作原理,基于Ansoft有限元分析软件建立了电机模型,详细分析了磁场分布,气隙磁密,径向悬浮力和电磁转矩等电磁特性。计算了径向悬浮力和悬浮电流及转子位置之间的关系,仿真结果表明SPMBM有良好的悬浮和旋转特性,该结果为进一步电机结构优化和控制奠定了理论基础。In the paper, a new stator-PM bearingless machine (SPMBM) was proposed. Its suspending winding, armature windings and PMs are in the stator, while no PMs or windings are in the rotor. The paper theoretically analyzed topology and operating principle of the proposed three-phase 12/8 poles SPMBM. The magnetic field analysis model was established based on finite element method (FEM). Hence, the corresponding magnetic characteristics, including magnetic field lines, air gap magnetic density, suspension force, and electromagnetic torque were deduced. The relationship between suspension force and winding currents and angles were calculated. The calculation results indicate the proposed new structure of SPMBM has a good suspension and rotation performance. The studied results built a base for further motor structure optimization and rotating control.
