摘 要:目的探讨数字化3D打印技术在下颌骨缺损治疗中的应用。方法沈阳军区总医院口腔颌面外科2014年9月—2015年8月收治5例下颌骨缺损患者,术前行CT扫描采集数据后,导入计算机辅助设计软件进行模拟病变切除和移植骨重建手术,并设计数字化导板,通过3D打印技术制造出重建后的下颌骨模型和辅助手术的数字化3D导板,术后对手术效果进行评价。结果 5例均顺利完成手术,平均随访6.0个月。修复评价分级:Ⅰ级4例,Ⅱ级1例;1例术后半个月颌下区切口感染,张口度2.5 cm,其余4例无并发症;供区切口均恢复良好。结论 3D打印技术应用于下颌骨缺损可直观演示手术过程,简化手术过程,缩短手术时间,修复效果满意。Objective To investigate the application of digital 3-dimensional (3D) printing technology in man- dibular defect treatment. Methods Data of 5 inpatients with mandibular defects during September 2014 and August 2015 was collected by CT scanning, and then the data was put into computer aided design software for simulated lesion re- section and bone graft reconstruction, and guiding plates were also designed. The reconstructed mandibular models and 3D digital guiding plates were manufactured with 3D printing technology. The postoperative effect was evaluated. Results All the 5 patients successfully underwent operations, and the average follow-up time Was 6.0 months. The repair classi- fication was 4 patients with grade I and 1 with grade Ⅱ. The postoperative infection in submaxillary region with 2.5 cm gape was found in 1 patient half a month after the operation, and the other 4 patients had no complications. Donor area incisions recovered well. Conclusion 3D printing technology in application of mandibular defect treatment may directly show the operative process, simplify operative process and shorten the operation time with satisfactory repair effect.
