摘　　要：高等学校战略管理能力是高校科学发展的重要保障。地方高校战略管理能力结构包括战略管理资源、战略管理规划、战略管理决策、战略管理执行、战略管理评价、战略管理学习六个维度,并可划分为物质资源、人力资源、战略意识、数据分析、组织、协调、推广、评价、控制、学习等16个子要素。这些子要素能够转化为地方高校战略管理能力评价的指标体系,通过能力评价促进我国地方高校战略管理能力提升。Strategy management capability plays an important role for scientific development for higher education institutes. It constructs the strategy management structure which includes six dimensions, Such as strategy resources, strategy planning, strategy decision-making, strategy executions, strategy analyzing, strategy learning. Meanwhile, it is divided into sixteen factors which are physical resources, human resources, strategy consciousness, data analysis, or- ganizing, harmonizing, promoting, controlling and learning. These factors could be transformed into strategic manage- ment capability evaluation indicators for local universities, and promote the strategy management capability of local higher education institutions in China.
