摘  要:为解决新能源汽车驱动电机励磁系统中电刷与滑环对整车运行带来的安全隐患,将非接触式能量传输技术引入传统励磁系统中,形成新型的非接触式同步电机转子励磁系统。利用非接触式磁罐变压器所产生的高频功率磁场实现励磁能量传输,使系统在复杂的车载工况下安全运行。首先对非接触式磁罐变压器进行互感建模与特性分析,采用串–串并补偿系统提高能量传输效率。针对非接触式励磁系统中高频变压器的设计需求,提出两种可在原、副边相对旋转状态下进行能量传输的变压器绕组结构,用ANSOFT 3D软件比较分析这两种变压器结构在相对旋转时的瞬态特性。通过对1 k W非接触式励磁样机的实验,验证了非接触变压器可在相对高速旋转时安全、高效地进行能量传输。A new type of contactless synchronous motor rotor excitation system is formed to exclude security risks that the brush and slip ring may bring to a new energy vehicle's drive motor excitation system, the high frequency power magnetic field produced by contactless pot core transformer could achieve excitation energy transfer. Firstly this paper established a contactless pot core transformer mutual inductance modeling and analyzed transformer's characteristics, used series-series parallel compensation system to improve the energy transfer efficiency. Then, two kinds of transformer winding structures were presented that could achieve energy transmission when the primary winding and the secondary winding were under the state of relative rotating. Two kinds of transformer structure's transient characteristics were compared and analyzed by using ANSOFT 3D software. It verifies the safety and high efficient energy transmission of contactless transformers under the condition of relatively high speed rotating from the tests of an 1 k W contactless prototype.
