摘　　要：营区规划安全设计是营区建设至关重要的问题,在规划决策之初就应该通盘考虑可能存在的安全隐患,并将其纳入分析论证。以某部装甲团训练场营区规划为例,摈弃以往设计中仅凭主观经验"想当然"的做法,综合运用GIS辅助分析平台,总结可能存在的隐患,展开了一系列有针对性的安全分析,探索出一套建立在量化和实证化分析平台上的营区安全设计程序与方法,提高了营区规划的科学性。The safety design is crucial for the camp planning. At the beginning of the camp planning, the designer should not only take all the possible safety factors into consideration, but also analyze and demonstrate them. Taking the training camp plan- ning of an armoured regiment as an example, the research abandons the traditional method which is dependent on the subjective view, applies the GIS analysis platform comprehensively so as to summarize all the potential safety factors, conducts a series securi- ty analysis, explores a set of design methods and procedures based on the platform of quantification and factual analysis, improves the scientificity of the camp planning.
