摘  要:为快速检测石油产品馏程,根据油品蒸馏特性和差压式流量计工作原理,结合伯努利方程,提出了基于蒸气压力测定石油产品馏程的方法。该方法利用温度、压力传感器采集不同牌号汽油、柴油、喷气燃料蒸馏过程中的温度与压力数据,建立起对应样品蒸馏谱图信息。结果表明,蒸气压力法与GB/T6536—2010方法具有良好的相关性,说明通过蒸气压力法测定石油产品馏程切实可行,为今后设计研制石油产品馏程自动快速测定仪奠定理论和实践基础。In order to quickly test distillation range of petroleum products, according to the oil distillation characteristics and working principles of the differential pressure flowmeter, combined with the Bernoulli equation, a method for determining distilla- tion range of petroleum products based on vapor pressure is put forward. This method uses sensors to collect temperature and pres- sure data of gasoline, diesel and jet fuel of different grades in the process of distillation, and sets up corresponding sample distillation spectrum information. Result shows that the vapor pressure method has a good correlation with the method of GB/T 6536-2010. Therefore, it is feasible to use the vapor pressure method to determine the distillation range of petroleum products, which provides a solid theoretical and practical basis for the design of rapid automatic tester of distillation range of petroleum products in the future.
