摘  要:目的比较薄荷脑、冰片和樟脑3种清凉剂对红细胞的溶血效应及与苯扎氯铵合用后溶血效应的变化。方法以溶血百分率(Hemolysis Rate,HR)、半数溶血浓度(Half Hemolysis Concentration,HC50)为指标,比较薄荷脑、冰片和樟脑的溶血作用;分别考察相同浓度的清凉剂与苯扎氯铵合用后对红细胞的溶血作用,并采用等辐射线法分析合用后相互作用类型。结果薄荷脑、冰片和樟脑的HC50分别为2.59 7,3.59 3,11.36 mmol·L-1;清凉剂与苯扎氯铵合用后,溶血曲线左移,HC50均落在两药单用HC50的95%置信区间内。结论薄荷脑对红细胞的溶血效应最大,冰片次之,樟脑最小;清凉剂均可增强苯扎氯铵的溶血作用。Objective To compare the hemolysis effect of D-menthol, borneol and D (+)-camphor, and to observe the changes of hemolysis effect after using together with benzalkonium chloride. Methods Hemolysis rate(HR) and haft hemolysis coneentration(HC50) were used as the indexes to evaluate the hemolysis effect of the three algefacients. The hemolysis effect on the red blood cell was observed after the three algefacients were used together with benzalkonium chloride at the same molar concentration, and isobolographic analysis was used to define the interaction types between algefacient and benzalkonium chloride. Results The HC50 of D-menthol,bomeol and D(+)-camphor was 2.597, 3.593, 11.36 mmol .L-1 respectively. When algefaeient and benzalkonium chloride were used together, the concentration- hemolysis rate curve moved to the left side, HC50was just among the 95 % confidence interval of algefacient and benzalkonium chloride. Conclusion The hemolysis effect of D-menthol is the strongest among the three algefacients, then comes borneol, and that of D (+)-camphor is the weakest. The hemolysis effect of benzalkonium chloride can be enhanced by algefacients.
