三参颗粒对异丙肾上腺素致大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用

摘　　要：目的研究三参颗粒对异丙肾上腺素(ISO)致大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用。方法筛选心电图正常Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为5组,即空白对照组,模型组,复方丹参滴丸组(0.15 g·kg-1),三参颗粒低、高剂量组(2.07,4.14 g·kg-1),每组10只。皮下多点注射ISO,建立造成大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤模型。观测大鼠心电图(ECG)改变,检测大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量变化,并观察大鼠心肌组织病理改变。结果与模型组比较,三参颗粒组能降低急性心肌缺血大鼠ECG的S-T段抬高,提高大鼠血清中SOD的活力,降低MDA、CK、LDH的含量。结论三参颗粒对ISO致大鼠心肌组织缺血具有良好的保护作用。Objective To study the protective effect of Sanshen Granules（SG） on myocardial ischema induced by isoproterenol （ISO） in rats. Methods The 50 Wistar rats with normal electrocardiograms were evenly randomized into blank group, model group, Fufang Danshen Pills group（0.15 g.kg-1）, and low- and high-dose SG groups（2.07, 4.14 g.kg-1）. Myocardial ischemic model was induced by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol. The electrocardiograms were recorded, superoxide dismutase （SOD）, malondialdehyde （MDA）, creatine kinase （CK） and lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） in the serum were detected, and the pathologic changes in the myocardial tissue of rats were observed. Results Compared with the model group, SG lowered the raising of the S-T segment of acute myocardial ischemic rats, increased the activity of rat serum SOD, decreased the contents of MDA, CK and LDH. Conclusion SG have certain protective effect on myocardial ischemic tissue induced by ISO in rats.
