摘　　要：目的研究并构建标准化癌痛护理管理指标体系。方法通过文献回顾、理论分析,在借鉴国内外有关癌痛护理管理研究成果的基础上,以"结构-过程-结果"质量评价三层次理论为框架,运用"评估-干预-效果评价"工作程序引导构建标准化癌痛护理管理体系。运用德尔菲法和优序图法对指标体系进行论证并确定权重。结果构建了包括6个一级指标、16个二级指标及相应指标权重的标准化癌痛护理管理指标体系。结论构建的指标体系科学可信,可为医院癌痛护理管理提供参考依据。Objective To study and construct a standardized nursing management index system for cancer pain.Method Construct a standardized nursing management index system for cancer pain through literature review and theoretical analysis based on related domestic and foreign research findings,which is guided by a working program of＂assessment-intervention-evaluation＂with the frame of three levels theory of＂construction-procedure-result＂.Demonstrate and determine the weights in index system by Delphi Method and precedence chart.Result A standardized nursing management index system for cancer pain including 6first class indexes,16 second class indexes and corresponding weights is constructed.Conclusion The index system is scientific and reliable,which can be an evidence for pain management in hospital.
